Louis Philippe Noisette
Son of Celestine and Philippe Noisette. Louis Philippe trained in horticulture, botany and landscape architecture in France under his uncle Louis Claude Noisette, eventually becoming the head of cultures at his uncle’s laboratory in Paris, “St. Jacques.” Upon return to America, Louis Philippe was called on to layout the grounds of the Philadelphia Centennial Exposition - the first official World’s Fair.
Louis Philippe was said to have frequented the Caribbean Islands, eventually settling in Texas and passing in Port of Spain, Trinidad.
